He has long, curled, dyed black hair and blue eyes. He has rough, tan skin. He stands 5'5" (167 cm) and has a massive build. He has an edgy face with a medium moustache. He smokes a pipe intermittently.

Personality and Motivations
Evlar is an extremely strict individual, and sees a disorderly ship as a stain on himself. Being a captain in the Arrodan Syndicate, Evlar is a powerful individual, who has travelled throughout Sordane; granting him a large pool of experience and knowledge to draw from. Regardless of being a strict individual, Evlar cares for the well-being of his crew and is known to go out of his way to help them if they need it.
Elvar has an understated personality, speaking in low tones, regardless of the situation - he expects to be obeyed without question.
Elvar is motivated by retaining his position amongst the syndicate, which relies on him turning a profit.
Possessions and Gear
Elvar is the captain of the The Ladies Luck, an Algor Cruiser, although it is owned by the Arrodan syndicate. Other than functional clothing worn while on ship, nothing further is known about Elvar's possessions.

- Elvar accepted in to his crew each of our heroes.
- Was captain of ⚓The Ladies Luck when it travelled to the Sh'Reet town of Brightwood.
- Elvar assigned our heroes the mission of stealing ⚓The Crystal Maiden, for which they would be paid 1000GP each and offered patronage into the syndicate.
- Waited with his ship and crew off the coast of Sh'Reet while our heroes undertook their mission.
- Rewarded our heroes on a successful mission, paying them as promised.
- Assigned our heroes the mission to investigate claims of a previously undiscovered jetstream.
- Allocated our heroes to the ship The Doubtless Drake, under the command of Rufus du Meer.

- Remained in Sh'Reet when The Doubtless Drake departed for 🏢Orhaz.
