A crewman can't gain temporary hit points from this feat again until it has finished a short or long rest. |

Hook: Proving his place as a mercenary for the syndicate.
Gunter boarded the Ladies Luck as a prime opportunity to prove himself and ultimately become a syndicate mercenary captain.
Gunter starts a mercenary marine hired on for this voyage to protect the cargo and crew of the Ladies Luck.
Gunter knows that the Arrodan Syndicate is a powerful clan with deep pockets. Having done a fine job as muscle on this latest voyage, he’s been petitioned by Zalith to “earn ye some braw siller lad, just do this wee job fer us, and I’ll put in a guid word for ye”.

- During the winter of 3898 PR Gunter spent 5 months working for the Steel Vultures mercenary company in 🏢Orhaz, reporting to Malliath, a tiefling company lieutenant. He joined a group of 10 soldiers, who along with many other groups from the company, are paid by Propraetor Cornelia Marcus (the provincial governor) to root out undesirables from the slums of the city, on a gold-per-arrest basis.
